Ensuite Room (Short Term)
Boarding Fees include electricity, fortnightly cleaning assistance, private telephone rental, permanent internet access and e-mail box. Connection to Internet incurs a once only fee of $44.00 (GST inclusive). All rooms are private, secure and for single occupancy only.

All residents are required to pay a security deposit prior to check-in. This amount is equal to four weeks boarding fee and may only be paid by Credit Card (2.5% surcharge applies).
