2012 rates from $160/week include electricity, telephone connection (1GB internet download per month), fortnightly cleaning assistance of the common area and the use of all facilities. Facilities include a 25m 5 lane pool, tennis court, basketball court, electric barbeques, pavilion with a pool table, table tennis, foxtel, chess, wireless internet, gym and vending machines. Boarding Fees include:

Connection to Internet incurs a once only fee of $44.00 (GST Inclusive).
All rooms are private, secure and for single occupancy only.
Undercover car parking attracts an additional fee of $8.00 per week.

Full Year Boarders

Boarding agreements remain current for the academic semester.

All residents are required to pay a security deposit prior to check-in. This amount is equal to 4 week’s boarding fee and may only be paid by credit card (2.5% surcharge applies)
